Starbucks reached out to us, wanting to create a fresh web experience across all devices for their iconic brand. This experience was focused on giving customers an easy way to view their profiles and points while also providing some bite sized entertainment. Focusing on human-centered predictive design, we created an end-to-end customer journey in just 8 days.
